1.) Download recovery.img From Here
2.) And Flash it using the old recovery .

3.) This recovery is Recovery Flashable.

*NOTE*

*For flashing theme create folder name "theme" in SD Card.
*Copy the downloaded theme in the "theme" folder.
*Rename the downloaded theme as ui.zip.
*Open TWRP recovery and flash ui.zip using same procedure by which we flash roms.
